the photo from Madewell
watching a movie at breakfast is the happiest time in a day. today i saw a movie 'Restless' by Gus Van Sant.
Enoch played by Henry Hopper was obsessed with death. on the other hand, Annabel played by Mia Wasikowska had a brain tumor and she knew the rest of her life was too short. they developed their relationship. in additon a weird ghost Hiroshi played by Japanese actor Ryo Kase haunts Enoch like a best friend. it was interesting for Japanese just like me.
i'm always thinking why Gus Van Sant knows young people's pain or grief. he has described it well.
death is not for dying. its for living.
i believe so.
P.S.
i cried a little bit.
nice weekend.

Beginners
last night Beginners by Mike Mills became my fave.
y'all know every costume was designed by Band of Outsiders.
especially Mélanie Laurent's style reminds me of Annie Hall.
very unique and beautiful image stucked in my head.
i was pretty moved, it was not gorgeous hollywood movie though.
i thought about memory, grief and love, before sleep.
