A Girl Like You

my friend Yumiko & i went to the event of Nero magazine at Tsutaya Daikanyama last night. Inoue-san from Nero, my fave stylist Nao-san, Napoleon Habeica from BABY BABY BABY and Petite. they were really awesome. they told us loads of interesting creative stories in fashion, art, music .... etc. i was really moving. they gave me so much inspiration. i've been thinking what i really wanna do or what i should do in my life. so time passes so fast. just move on now.

My Best Albums of 2013

i selected 5 albums. someone might think these were completely wrong or not your choices. no Daft Punk, Vampire Weekend, Phoenix, Arcade Fire .... albums. cuz i think that those are not the sound of 2013. im not very ironic. y'all know one album includes my very personal memory and feeling.

 1. "I'm Leaving" Is Tropical / KITSUNÉ & Cooperative Music
 2. "Factory Floor" Factory Floor / DFA
 3. "If You Leave" Daughter / 4AD
 4. "No One Dances Quite Like My Brothers" Vår / Sacred Bones
5. "Hang On to Life" Ariel Pink and Jorge Elbrecht / Mexican Summer

Minks Live in Tokyo

my friend Mariko who lives in Osaka and i went to the gig of Minks from Captured Tracks. tbh first i could not be bothered to go to Tokyo on weekdays cuz i've been busy. but the gig was so awesome. i would never have imagined that Sonny Kilfoyle came to Tokyo. we Japanese fans were super lucky. i took some pics below. please see them.

the next day they played an acoustic set at my fave Big Love Records. the atmosphere was so cozy. it looked like all the ppl there created the good vibes. they played some old songs and also Christmas songs. it was so special for us. we chatted with Sonny's brother Michael and Sonny after the set. they were super friendly and sweet. i enjoyed that.

Big Love Records and Minks, thank you so much.
 definitely they made my day.
本当にどうもありがとうございました。
